Beaver Street
This sandwich may be the single greatest thing I have ever tasted. You probably think I'm exaggerating. I am not. I have driven 2 hours from Phoenix to Flagstaff, solely just to buy this sandwich. If the beaver street sandwich has a million fans, then I am one of them. If the beaver street sandwich has only one fan, then that is me. If the beaver street sandwich has no fans, then that means I am dead. 10/10. No notes.

BBQ Blue Panini
This sandwich is one of my new all time favorites. I'm not a huge fan of goat cheese but I've been ordering it more to try and expand my tastes. This is such a great option for anyone who is in a similar boat! Amazing balance with the blueberry in the goat cheese, more sweetness in the bbq sauce, and sharpness from the cheddar.
